At SS7 Clothing, we hope that you are satisfied with your item(s). If for any reason you want to return your item you may do so for a full refund (excluding delivery costs) simply include the information required and place it inside the parcel. It’s as easy as that. Items returned without this information will result in a delay in processing its return.

All the items returned must be in a sellable condition and within 14 days from receiving your order (If you're outside the UK, you have 28 days). Please also keep your proof of postage. It is preferred to use a tracked service to return any parcels as we will not be held liable for missing parcels. We aim to process your return as soon as possible, but during busy periods there may be a slight delay in processing your return. Please bear with us during this period.
Conditions for returning item(s)
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return your item(s) back to us. During busy periods, please note returned goods will take up to 10 working days (not including weekends or bank holidays) to be processed after it reaches us. Outside of the busy period we endeavor to process your return within just 5 working days.
All item(s) returned to us must be in its original condition, in its original packaging and tags still attached (when provided). Items should NOT smell of any washing powder, odour, or perfume. We reserve the right to refuse a return and require the buyer to arrange to have the item returned at the buyer's cost.
Exchanges: Most items sell out quickly or may be low in stock, so if you would like to exchange the product for another size or colour, we kindly ask you to place a NEW order to ensure you will have the item you want.
